Se agrega configure.in y se modifica Makefile.am a test/gtkmm/dnd para hacer mas
facil la compilacion. Ahora para compilar :
  #> aclocal
#> autoconf
#> automake -a
Solo la primera vez. Luego :
#> ./configure
#> make

Done!
