Se agrega en el comando hop que permite agregar
distintos gateways para hacer balanceo de carga.

pymin/services/ip/__init__.py
pymin/services/ip/templates/hop [new file with mode: 0644]
pymin/services/ppp/templates/chap-secrets [new file with mode: 0644]
